Acceptance and eligibility
By using MapleFind you agree to these terms and applicable law. Do not use the service if you cannot agree. People submitting or claiming a business must have authority to provide the information and must use accurate contact details.
Directory information
Listings are informational records, not endorsements, professional advice, guarantees, or statements that a business is licensed, available, solvent, or suitable for a particular need. Verify important information with the business and relevant authority before acting.
Submissions and claims
You retain rights in material you submit and grant MapleFind the permission needed to review, edit, display, verify, and maintain it for directory purposes. Do not submit confidential information, unlawful content, fabricated claims, malware, or content you lack the right to provide.
Ranking, sponsorship, and links
Payment does not buy factual verification. Sponsored placements are disclosed and sponsored links are technically qualified. Reciprocal links are never required. MapleFind may suppress links that are disputed, unsafe, misleading, or unverified.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the service in a way that degrades availability, bypass access controls, harvest private contact information, impersonate another person, manipulate rankings, probe systems without authorization, or use directory facts for unlawful discrimination or spam.
Corrections and moderation
MapleFind may correct, unpublish, dispute, or remove records when evidence, safety, legal obligations, or editorial standards require it. We provide claim, correction, dispute, and removal paths but cannot promise every request will produce the requested outcome.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. MapleFind does not promise uninterrupted access or complete, current records. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
